The hourly rate will be £375 unless by agreement it is £385 if, for example, work will be done at weekends or in the evenings or if an application is particularly complex or urgent.
The amount of time needed will vary depending on your field of expertise, the amount of input you need in applying for an endorsement and the number of documents to read over.
We are likely to require between 6 and 8 hours of work, meaning costs of between £2250 and £3000.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Initial communication about your situation, what you hope to apply for and our advice on the merits of an application. This is likely to be over zoom unless you are already in the UK.
Follow up advice in writing on the information and documents needed to apply for endorsement and then for a visa, and on the process and likely timings of making the applications.
Checking your applications or preparing them with your input.
Advice on the implications of being granted a visa and factors to be aware of in the future.

Submission of support documents

WHAT ADDITIONAL COSTS WILL YOU NEED TO PAY?
You will need to pay the visa application fee of £766 and the Immigration Health charge of £1035 per year up front. You may also need to pay for the costs of taking a TB test.
We will advise in advance of any disbursements ( payments which we make on your behalf) that are likely to be needed.
HOW LONG WILL WE TAKE TO HELP WITH YOUR APPLICATION?
We are generally able to completer the above services within a month of being instructed, depending on how quickly you respond to our requests for information and documents etc.
