Our hourly rate is £340 and the number of hours needed to help with an application will depend on the amount of information to read over, the complexity of the business plan, and the personal circumstances of an applicant including whether there are dependants.
It is likely to take between 6 and 8 hours to assist with an application.
WHAT WILL BE INCLUDED WHEN ASSISTING WITH AN APPLICATION FOR A VISA AS AN INNOVATOR FOUNDER?
Initial communication about your situation, the business you hope to establish, and the requirements of this visa route including the need for endorsement. This may be over Zoom or in person if you are already in the UK.
Follow-up advice in writing about the information and documents you will need to apply for a visa, once an endorsement has been obtained.
Feedback on your business plan- though we do not prepare plans for our clients.
Checking your draft visa application and supporting documents and giving you feedback.
Preparation of a letter of support to include with your application.
Advice on the positive outcome of an application and on factors to be aware of for future applications.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
Preparation of your business plan.
Submission of the application which will be done from outside the UK.
Dealing with a refusal of an application- unless the retainer is extended.
WHAT ADDITIONAL COSTS WILL YOU NEED TO PAY
You will need to pay the visa application fee of £1191 and the Immigration Health Surcharge of £1035 per year .You will also need to pay the cost of attending a biometric appointment- this cost will vary depending on where you are applying from.
